Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a similar role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience in the automotive, lubricant, or industrial products sector is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, dealers, distributors, and retail partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.

Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing events.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare marketing performance, lead generation, and sales reports.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Travel within assigned territories to support business development activities.

Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
