Requirements

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil

Good customer service and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and CRM)

Ability to achieve daily calling targets

Good time management and organizational skills

Freshers are welcome to apply

Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, healthcare, or BPO is an added advantage

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

Introduce and explain our healthcare services professionally.

Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.

Maintain customer information and call records in the CRM.

Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction.
